I just wanted to write this letter to let you know the quality of employees that you have in Lafayette, IN. I had been experiencing heting problems for a few weeks with my geo-thermal furnace that ARS had installed about six years ago. I know tha tsome problems can be difficult to diagnose and fix and this proved to be such a problem. We have been dealing with this ongoing problem since last heating season and could not quite nail down what was causing the difficulty. To say the least, we were getting quite distressed as our geo-thermal furnace would not heat the house and we were relying on the expensive auxillary heat to stay warm.   Read More...
