During the first two (2) years of operation, we want you to be satisfied with your new equipment and installation. If you are not satisfied with the work that you have paid for, or the operation of your new system, we will put forth every effort possible during the first two (2) years of operation to correct the situation to your satisfaction. If, after review, we cannot correct the problem, we will either replace your system free of charge or remove the equipment with a 100% refund of your purchase price. You have our guarantee. No Breakdown Guarantee
When it comes to backing the quality of our service calls, ARS has it’s No Breakdown pledge. If any equipment ARS maintains through an ARS Maintenance Agreement breaks down during the season it was worked on, ARS Lafayette will refund the cost of the original service call.
